This pair of vintage "Banana Bob" earrings, feature a celestial design, incorporating globes, stars, and crescent moons. They are from an estate saleThe globes are made of a filigree metalwork, with an inner layer of warm-toned enamel or a painted surface. Small rhinestones accent the stars, and the crescent moons have a smiling face detail. The earrings have a gold-tone finish and are suspended from standard ear hooks. Banana Bob jewelry was designed by Annie Venditti and handmade in the United States, with each piece containing quality stones and findings, making no two pieces exactly the same. The line originated in the 1980s and was sold in department stores.
