Can be used in inclement weather as a hooded cape, or flexibly as a half-shelter, sleeping bag or sleeping bag cover with one, or a simple tent with two.
Since it is unopened, the description is based on an item from the same lot that has been opened.
Lightweight, thin nylon with waterproof coating.
UCP digital camouflage ripstop fabric.
Can be buttoned on the sides to use as a sleeping bag on its own.
Buttons on both sides so that two can be connected.
Grommets for use as a tarp are also included.

Made by ORC, but there is no contract or caution print on the inside.
These are items that were in the state before being issued to the military, and were stocked for PX or self-sales, and are believed to come with a tag with the same NSN (National Stock Number) as the official issue.

A quilted liner to attach to the poncho.
To use with the poncho as a simple sleeping bag.

Can also be used as a blanket on its own in a car or as a disaster preparedness item.
